At Memories Pix, we strive to process your orders quickly and efficiently. Most orders are ready to ship within 2-3 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive email notifications to keep you updated on your order status, including when it has shipped.

If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes if your order has not yet been packed.

Shipping within the US

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $5.95, no matter how many packages you order.
  • Carrier: Most orders are shipped via USPS.
  • Delivery Times:
    • Continental US: 2-5 business days.
    • Alaska & Hawaii: Up to 7 business days.

International Shipping

  • We ship to most countries worldwide.
  • Run through checkout to get an accurate shipping quote for your destination.
  • Custom Fees: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.
